Welcome to Roccstarwireless!  We're thrilled to have you join our rockin' mobile family.  These Plan Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and Roccstarwireless ("we" or "Roccstarwireless") regarding your mobile phone plan ("Plan").

By activating your Plan or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Roccstarwireless provides wireless voice, text, and data services (collectively, "Services")  within our coverage area.  Specific service details and limitations will be outlined in your chosen Plan.

Plans and Pricing

Roccstarwireless offers a variety of Plans with varying data allowances, talk minutes, and text messages.
You can view detailed Plan descriptions and pricing here.
Plan charges are based on your billing cycle and will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method.
Taxes and surcharges may apply, as defined by your location and chosen Plan.

Activation and Equipment

To activate your Plan, you'll need a compatible device and a valid SIM card.
You can purchase a new device or bring your own compatible device (BYOD) to use with Roccstarwireless.
BYOD devices must be unlocked and compatible with our network.
Activation fees may apply.

Payment

Payment for your Plan is due on the first day of your billing cycle.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

By providing your Payment Information, you authorize us to store and maintain it for future transactions. You agree that we may use this information to process payments for your purchases and any associated services.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your Plan at any time by contacting our customer service team.
We offer a prorated refund for unused service days upon cancellation.
Equipment purchase fees and non-refundable add-ons will not be refunded upon cancellation.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your Plan or Services for non-payment, excessive use of Services beyond fair use limits, or violation of these Terms.

Fair Use

Our Plans have specific data allowances for each billing cycle. Roccstarwireless reserves the right to throttle or temporarily suspend service if data usage exceeds fair use limits.
Fair use limits are intended for typical mobile phone usage and are not intended for excessive data tethering or hotspot usage.

Network Availability

We strive to provide reliable coverage within our service area; however, coverage may vary depending on location and environmental factors.
Roccstarwireless is not responsible for any service interruptions or limitations.

Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Roccstarwireless provides its Services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding their functionality, reliability, or availability.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of TEXAS, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Roccstarwireless regarding your Plan and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or via email. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
