Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for unlocking, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Account Status:
    • The device must be associated with an account that is in good standing, with no past-due balance or unpaid bills.
  2. Time Frame:
    • The device must have been active on Roccstar Wireless for at least 60 days from the date of activation.
  3. Device Payment:
    • All installment payments, device payments, or leases must be fully paid off, including any associated early termination fees if applicable.
  4. Device Status:
    • The device must not be reported as lost, stolen, or involved in any fraudulent activity.
  5. Prepaid Devices:
    • Prepaid devices can be unlocked after 12 months of continuous service on Roccstar Wireless.
