If you’re ready to switch to RoccStar Wireless but want to keep your current phone number, you can easily transfer it to our network. During the enrollment process, you will check to see if your phone number is eligible for transfer.
Post-Purchase Process:
Upon purchasing a plan, you will receive a 3-in-1 SIM card along with detailed instructions to guide you through the activation process. If you’re not ready to activate immediately, no worries—your RoccStar Wireless SIM remains valid for 45 days post-purchase. During activation, you’ll need to decide whether to retain your current phone number or opt for a new one. If you prefer to receive a new number based on your ZIP code, simply select the “get a new number” option during activation.
